Saint Theodore is an abbot who is remembered for his dedication to following Jesus. He was a disciple of St. Caesarius of Arles and served in a monastery before becoming a hermit.

On October 29, we celebrate his feast day. This day reminds us that every saint, whether famous or hidden, helps us to grow in faith and love for Jesus.

Prayer: Saint Theodore, please pray for us and help us to follow Jesus with courage and love.
