Saint Frideswide was a Benedictine hermitess and nun, known for her deep love for God. She founded St. Mary’s Convent in Oxford and is remembered for her quiet holiness.

We celebrate her feast day on October 19. The Church’s calendar reminds us that God works through many faithful lives. Everyone can be a saint in their own way!
