Saint Cuan is an Irish abbot who is remembered for founding many churches and monasteries in Ireland. He is honored on January 1, reminding us that every life can become a gift to Jesus.

Each saint’s feast day gives families a simple way to remember the call to holiness. We can all strive to be good friends to Jesus in our own lives.

Prayer: Saint Cuan, please pray for us and help us to be good friends of Jesus.
