Saint Tigridia is a Benedictine abbess who is remembered for her dedication to God. She is the daughter of Count Sancho Garcia of Castile and entered religious life at a convent near Burgos, Spain.

We celebrate her feast day on November 22. Saint Tigridia teaches us that every life can become a beautiful gift to Jesus, no matter how small or humble.
