Saint Wilfrid was born in Northumberland in 634. He became a strong leader in the Church, helping to bring the English Church closer to the teachings of Rome.

We celebrate Saint Wilfrid on October 12. He teaches us to be brave and to follow God's ways, even when it is hard.

Prayer: Saint Wilfrid, please pray for us and help us to be brave in our faith.
